At Fit My Feet, we are dedicated to providing a reliable and transparent shipping experience. The following policy outlines how we handle order processing, delivery timelines, carriers, and customer support related to shipping.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 business hours of being placed.

  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM Central Time (CST) on weekdays will be processed the next business day.

  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM CST on Saturdays will be processed on the following Monday (or Tuesday if Monday is a holiday).

  • No processing or shipping occurs on Sundays or on days when our stores are closed due to holidays or severe weather.

  • During winter months, shipping and processing may be delayed due to early store closures or inclement weather.

Shipping Carriers and Delivery

  • We currently ship orders via USPS and UPS.

  • Shipping options and estimated delivery times are presented during checkout.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

  • Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $100 (before taxes and after discounts).

  • Orders under $100 are subject to real-time, calculated shipping rates based on weight, destination, and carrier pricing.

  • Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Issues & Delays

Shipping delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier delays (e.g., weather or high volume)

  • Product backorders or stock issues

  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses

  • Transactions flagged for fraud review
