Fit My Feet – Refund & Return Policy 


Effective Date: March 20, 2025 
At Fit My Feet, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to feel confident in every purchase. Please review our Refund & Return Policy below for important details on how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds. 


30-Day Walk Trial Guarantee 

We offer a 30-day walk trial on most footwear. If you’re not satisfied with the comfort or fit of your shoes, you may return or exchange them within 30 days of purchase. 

Refund Eligibility

Full Refund 

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • A full refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Partial Refund with Restocking Fee 

  • If returned items show signs of wear and require cleaning, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. 

Defective Product Policy 

If your shoes become defective due to a manufacturing issue within 6 months of purchase, we will provide an in-store credit for the full purchase price. Please contact us to initiate a claim and include photos if possible. 


Exchange Policy 

We offer free exchanges within 30 days for the following situations: 

  • You need a different size.

  • The shoes do not fit or are uncomfortable.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • You are not satisfied with your purchase.

Note: The replacement item will be shipped after the original item is received and inspected.

Return Shipping Costs 

Fit My Feet covers return shipping when:

  • A size exchange is needed.

  • The shoes do not fit or cause discomfort.

  • The wrong item was sent.

  • The customer is not satisfied with their purchase. 

How to Request a Return or Exchange 

To begin a return or exchange, please contact us at info@fitmyfeet.com with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange

  • The reason for the return or exchange

We will provide next steps and a return shipping label, if applicable. 


Gift Card Return Policy

If a gift card is used toward a purchase and the item is later returned, the portion of the refund originally paid with the gift card will not be issued in cash. Instead, that amount will be reissued on a new Fit My Feet gift card. 


Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Custom Orthotics Policy

At Fit My Feet, every pair of custom orthotics is individually crafted to meet your unique foot shape and support needs. Because of the precision and customization involved, please review our policy below: 


Production Timeline:

  • Custom orthotics typically take 2–3 weeks to complete.

  • In some cases, production may take longer depending on workload, material 
    availability, or additional modifications required to ensure proper fit and comfort.

Refunds and Returns: 

  • Custom orthotics are nonrefundable, as each pair is specifically molded and made to your feet.

  • Our goal is for every customer to be satisfied with their orthotics. If adjustments are needed, we are happy to provide reasonable modifications to improve fit and function.

  • If, after several modification attempts, the orthotics still do not meet your needs, a partial refund may be issued.

    • The cost of materials and labor used to create your custom orthotics will be deducted from the refund amount.

    • To process a partial refund, the custom orthotics must be returned to Fit My Feet either in-store or by mail. Once the returned orthotics are received, the partial refund will be issued accordingly.
